“Anna” by Taken By Trees (ft. Panda Bear of Animal Collective) on East of Eden.

Taken By Trees is Victoria Bergsman, perhaps best known for her appearance on Peter Bjorn and John’s “Young Folks”. She has instead pulled a very different rabbit out of her hat when producing this album, which has the kind of sound one might expect out of something like a summery, chilled-out Animal Collective. On this album she even produces a cover of A.C.’s “My Girls”, re-interpreted as “My Boys”, and it is pretty awesome; I’ll post it tomorrow if anyone wants to hear it.
